Product quality and safety

Incoming inspection of raw materials and received cargoes, control of production processes and manufacturing environment, inspection of finished products for quality and safety are carried out by the Company-owned production and testing laboratories.

The main partner in laboratory testing in the Region Russia & FSU is the independent testing laboratory New-Lab located at the site of our Production & Logistics Complex in the Kaliningrad Region. Besides, at the territory of our main complex in Russia there are permanent checkpoints of representatives of governmental authorities performing supervisory functions over the turnover of grains, oilseeds, and products of their processing.

All imported and released products subject to conformity declaration, certification, or state registration go through the corresponding procedures.

We always pay particular attention to compliance with requirements and desires of our customers and consumers of our products and services, that is why we are always open for second-party audits. Our production, commercial, and logistics divisions undergo regular inspections by such customers as MARS, AAK, WRIGLEY, EWOS, BIOMAR, SKRETTING, NESTLE.

The feed and food safety management system is based on HACCP principles and meets the requirements of ISO 22000, FSSC 220000, and GPM+ standards.

All claims-related work is coordinated by the Raw Materials & Finished Products Quality and Safety Service.

We ensure preservation of quality of our commercial cargoes and third-party transit cargos, guarantee quality and safety of finished products during the processes of manufacturing, storage and delivery.
We segregate and trace the product flows of various grades and trade names, including by the category of GMO/non-GMO.

For operative control of arrangements aimed for high-quality finished product output, the production cycle involves a technology of rapid testing of quality, implemented by application of on-line and stationary NIR-analyzers (Bruker Optics).
